 15 Days Return Policy









If you have purchased any Timbor Home product online and the product does not meet your need or expectations please write to Support@Timborhome.com and register a request for return of merchandise within 15 days from the date of purchase. You will need to provide the Invoice Details and the location of the merchandise. Timbor Home.com shall gladly issue a refund after deducting the too and fro freight charges at actual and Octroi or Entry Tax if charged. A replacement shall be given (if available in stock), provided the merchandise is returned 100% complete and unused in its original packing with all manuals, warranty cards, tags and other accessories intact, accompanied by its original Invoice. For merchandise that have been specially ordered or made, a cancellation fee will be charged.

Once a return request is made please do not attempt to deliver the merchandise to any of our franchisees or dealers. We shall arrange to collect the merchandise from your site.
 
Do not accept delivery of merchandise whose packing has been tampered or damaged in a manner that the packaged goods would have been damaged. Acceptance of such merchandise or goods shall make this 15-day Return Policy null and void.
The 15-day Return Policy shall be null and void if the merchandise is moved from its original delivered site, and also if the merchandise has suffered damage due to use or by attempting to move the merchandise.
We cannot accept goods that have been opened and used.
In case no replacement is made and Timbor Home has to refund the Invoice value then the same shall be processed by mailing a Check to the address given on the Invoice or by crediting the amount by online transfer from Timbor Home account to your account.
